New motherhood is a magical experience

If you exclude the cracked nipples, swollen perineum and/or itchy caesarean scar.
When you're recovering from birth and figuring out feeding all at once, mothers just get on with it. We know you do. But we kept asking ourselves a question: what if it didn't have to be quite so hard?

Created by a mum (and doctor) for mums

Dr Rowena Lalji is a paediatric kidney specialist, spending her career fighting for equitable, better outcomes for her patients.

Then she became a mum. After experiencing difficulties breastfeeding her own daughter, Rowena found herself asking a question she couldn't shake: why has medical technology moved forward for almost everyone else, while postpartum care has barely changed in a hundred years?

It's a good question. And it's one we exist to answer.

So we're doing something about it

Blisshealing pairs clinical-grade thinking with the lived experience of a mum who's been exactly where you are.

We're taking that knowledge and creating postpartum products for modern motherhood. Products that take the guesswork out of looking after your body after birth.

We can't say too much just yet (imagine us still hiding a bump under a big overcoat). But we're getting close to launch and we'd love for you to be first to know.
